Sea View is a delightful, duplex apartment set over the second and third floors, in the seaside town of Carbis Bay. With incredible sea views, and close-by amenities and attractions, this property is an ideal base for a couple, family, or friends looking for a getaway to the coast of Cornwall.
Be welcomed into a light and airy property, offering all of the living spaces on the second floor, plus a handy shower room.
Here you can cook a hearty meal in the kitchen, and dine together in the dining room, before retiring to the sitting room to enjoy a movie marathon.
From here, there is a sunroom which offers sea views no matter the weather, as well as a balcony with a backdrop of the ocean, ideal for an evening tipple.
When sleep calls, head up to the third floor and freshen up in the bathroom, before cosying up for the night in one of the two well-presented bedrooms.
Each bedroom has a Smart TV for lazier mornings or early nights, and zip/link beds for flexibility, choosing between a super-king-size and a twin.
Carbis Bay is a simply wonderful location for exploring Cornwall, offering a beautiful sandy beach, and plenty of watersports activities.
The town is also home to a good selection of pubs, and eateries, and has access to coastal walks.

Sea View is a duplex apartment set over the second and third floor, consisting of a second-floor kitchen with gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster, a second-floor dining room, a second-floor sitting room with Smart TV, and a second-floor conservatory/snug. The bedrooms have Smart TVs and zip/link beds and consist of a third-floor king-size and third-floor twin. There is a third-floor bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC, and a second-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed balcony with furniture and sea views, and garage parking for one small/medium car. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 0.4 miles, beach 0.1 miles. All of this and so much more with a stay at the welcoming Sea View.
Parking -
Parking is provided within a garage suitable for a small sized car (Entrance is 2.05m wide and 1.85m high). Additional parking is available in one of the 3 visitor bays on a "First come first served basis". Alternatively, the adjacent railway station car park has spaces for public use.
Sleeping Arrangements
The Master bedroom is fitted with a Superking as standard, which can be arranged as twins upon request. The second bedroom is fitted with a twin which can be arranged as a king on request. All bed requests must be made no later than 7 days before your arrival day. Any requests made after this date will be subject to enquiry and will incur additional housekeeping costs.

We had an amazing week staying here. The property had everything we needed and was spotless. The garage parking was not an issue at all. We managed to park our Insignia in it. (One person parking closely to one side) Only thing i would mention is that the garage door is electric and the remote control is in the house. This isn't mentioned in the welcome email.

Seaview was lovely , we did have a problem with a seagull banging on the door and conservatory which we have reported, not sure if someone has been feeding it previously, we also were aware of a flight of stairs to get to the apartment but it was 2 flights which I did struggle a bit with, the view w...
