This unique apartment is located on the first floor of a building in a quiet area of Białołęka at Jana Kowalczyka Street. The apartment's location is close to the Żerań Canal and the Wisła River, which allows for all kinds of sport activities as well as relaxation in the natural surroundings. It is a unique place that connects natural proximity with access to all big-city attractions. An unquestionable advantage of the area is good communication with the rest of Warsaw. In the neighbourhood, there is a bus stop, which provides convenient access to the centre of Warsaw. Thanks to it, we can reach many attractions of the capital city, such as the Old Town or the Palace of Culture and Science. The developed commercial and service infrastructure significantly influences the comfort of every stay. Just around the corner, there is an Aldi shop and a Żabka where you can go for quick shopping. In the area there are restaurants offering a variety of cuisine from which everyone can choose something for themselves (Spiżarnia Retro 140 m, Sushiberry 300 m, Mi place 550 m).
