Świetna lokalizacja oraz fantastyczny balkon przedszkolny idealny na zimowe popołudnia przy kawie kiedy za oknem pada i wieje.
Oświetlenie w apartamencie. Przepalone żarówki w przedpokoju, łazience oraz w lampce nocnej a salon po zmroku na skutek małej ilości lamp był zbyt ciemny.
