We ended our stay in Edinburgh by staying a couple days at this location in Learmonth Gardens. We found everything we needed for our short stay and the host communicated with us regularly to make sure our needs were met.
The location is on a quiet street next to a private neighborhood garden. We even saw a fox there one morning in the midst of the city!

Loved this two bedroom flat. Decorated just lovely. Everything was perfect, but would love several ice cube trays full and ready upon arrival. I guess we Americans love our ice.
Beautiful views out windows front and back.
Would definitely stay again. One flight up.

The flat and the area were really great for a visit to the Fringe - walkable but also good bus route nearby. The flat was stylish, clean and comfortable (though a kingsize bed would have been appreciated - we were aware from the listing that there were only 2 doubles).
However, a date change we made...
