We welcome you in our renovated cottage in the countryside, comprising:
- Ground floor: large living room (TV + hifi) with fireplace, a fitted kitchen (oven, mini-oven, hob, microwave, 2 fridges, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle ....) open to living room, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 2 people, toilet, shower room, utility room with washing machine and dryer.
- Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with bed 2 people, 1 bedroom with 1 bed for 2 people and 1 of 1 person bed, a bathroom (bath and changing table, baby bath), a mezzanine with 1 click- bed for 2 people and 1 bed 1 person, WC.
It also depends on another small house with 1 bed 2 people, 2 beds 1 person and 1 sofa bed 1 person and a bathroom and toilet.
The exterior include an indoor heated swimming pool, a relaxation area with bar, pool and Jacuzzi, a terrace, a courtyard, courtyard with barbecue, lawn.
Last provision of garden furniture, sun beds, cot, 2 baby high chairs ...
From 500 to 1200 euros depending on the week (Saturday to Saturday 4:00 p.m. 10.00). Possible weekend rental according to the week bookings. (From 6:00 p.m. Friday to Sunday 18.00)

12 km: St Léonard des Bois, a charming little village with a magnificent view, flowered village green and natural for all outdoor activities: hiking, biking, canoeing, climbing, horse riding, fishing, hunting or shooting the arc. You will marvel in the canyons of toyères and have fun with family and friends by double canoe or kayak.
4x4 driving: Try your hand at 4x4 driving - driving course, initiation, development, trial, baptism.
Tree: In the woods of the domain Gasseau, discover freestyle park for 75 workshops including 10 new products. 5 courses for children, families and sports made to practice at their own pace and according to their level. The courses that will delight parents and children and will satisfy thrill seekers.
Hiking donkeys: in an unusual landscape, Fields of Donkey invite you to discover the Alpes Mancelles, woodland and rich in nature where you will discover traditions and local know-how.
Climbing: 4 climbing sites are referenced and marked on the throats of the Sarthe.
Paragliding: The site collected the valley Saint Léonard des Bois offers 2 departures famous for paragliders

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end, le logement est très bien, piscine et jacuzzi super propre. Malgré la météo capricieuse nous avons bien pu profiter de la piscine et jaccuzi, top !Aux alentours le plan d’eau est magnifique il y a de bonnes balades et activités à faire.Merci beaucoup

Le séjour c'est bien passé. Le temps n'était pas de la partie mais le gîte était suffisamment spacieux pour passer des bons moments dans un cadre agréable.
