Description of the apartment

The flat has a living space of 33 m². It consists of a large living room/bedroom with a fully equipped single kitchen (mini oven, fridge with freezer compartment, 2 ceramic hobs) and a bathroom with shower and WC. There is also a small storage room. You have direct access to the garden with patio.
1 - 2 people can stay in the flat. It has a 140 cm wide bed and a sofa bed.
Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are of course provided.
WLAN and a car parking space are included.

Flexible cancellation policy:
Apart from the general terms and conditions, we offer you a flexible cancellation policy as follows:
Up to 14 days before arrival: free cancellation
14 - 7 days before arrival: Cancellation fee 30%
7 - 1 day before arrival: Cancellation fee 50%
on the day of arrival: Cancellation costs 100%
In all other respects, the terms and conditions apply unchanged.

Description of the accommodation

Welcome to the cosy holiday flat in a detached house on the outskirts of Gusterath in the upper Ruwertal/front Hochwald.
In the immediate vicinity you have endless beautiful hiking opportunities, such as on the dream loop "Romikaweg" or the access route to the Saar-Hunsrück Steig and on other hiking trails.
The Roman city of Trier can be reached quickly by car (12 km to the city centre) or by city bus.
The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 2 people. One pet can be brought along. The additional costs for the pet are € 8,-/overnight stay. Please let us know immediately when booking if you are bringing a pet with you.

A pet is welcome. Please let us know immediately when booking (in the "Comments" field) if you are bringing a pet. The costs of € 8,- /night are to be paid additionally to the landlord on site.
Please note that the flat is a non-smoking accommodation.
