Welcome to Villa Carpe Diem, your private haven above the Mediterranean.
Tucked away in the peaceful hills of Kayala, this contemporary two-story villa invites you to slow down, breathe in the sea air, and enjoy endless views from every room. Designed for easy living, the villa features three spacious bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and its own en-suite bathroom, plus a guest WC for convenience.
The bright open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area opens through wide glass doors to a sunny terrace, where the sea stretches out before you. Spend lazy afternoons by the infinity pool, stretch out on a sun lounger, or get your morning energy flowing with the outdoor fitness equipment.
In the evening, the upper-floor balconies offer the perfect spot to watch the sky turn gold over the Mediterranean. When you’re ready to explore, the famous Lido Beach Club & Restaurant is only a short drive away.
Enjoy a swim in its turquoise bay, a glass of wine by the water, and dishes crafted from the freshest local ingredients. (The final photos show Lido.) A rental car is recommended to make the most of the region’s beaches, mountain roads, and nearby villages.
Blue Ocean Rentals can assist with airport transfers from Larnaca, Paphos, or Ercan and with car hire, ensuring a seamless arrival. Villa Carpe Diem is professionally managed by Blue Ocean Rentals AB, dedicated to providing attentive service so you can simply relax, explore, and truly seize the day. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy.

Beautiful Villa with amazing views and sea breeze in the heat. Fantastic swimming pool. Very clean and just a great place to stay. There is a fantastic beach club called Lido down the mountain a bit, 20 min drive to other restaurants and beaches etc.

Villaya giden yollar biraz kötü olsa da ev muhteşemdi. Gerçekten şu ana kadar konakladığım en harika evdi.
