Description of the accommodation

The impressive finca has a fantastic outdoor area in which, without a doubt, the 10 x 5m freshwater pool with a water depth of 1.6 to 1.8m is the protagonist. It is purified with chlorine and is surrounded by a pool terrace with up to 8 sun loungers and grass for the children to play on. Under the wooden pavilion you can set the table for al fresco meals and there is nothing to stop you having a barbecue. Cosy garden sofas invite you to relax or read.

The house has 3 floors. The modern living area shares the space on the ground floor with the dining area and kitchen. Practical for spending lots of time together and cooking your favourite dishes on the ceramic hob in the kitchen. All the important appliances and utensils are available. This room and the 4 bedrooms are air-conditioned. On the ground floor you will find one of the bedrooms with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds. Both have an en-suite shower room. The 4th bedroom is on the 2nd floor and has 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with bath. There is a guest WC for all residents on the ground floor. The laundry room is well equipped with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron and a baby cot and high chair are also available on request.

The location of the house, only 800m from the beach of S'Estanyol and the village, with all its services, right next to the house, is ideal for a perfect holiday. The tranquil village belongs to the municipality of Colonia de Sant Pere and has retained its charm and traditions as a small fishing village. Any additional costs must be requested from the provider. Pets are not allowed. Parties or similar events are not permitted. There is outdoor parking for 3 cars.
