Accommodation Description The outdoor area of the house is a true paradise.

You can enjoy the private chlorine pool measuring 10 meters long by 5 meters wide, with a depth ranging from 1 to 1.40 meters.

It is ideal for hot days, and if not, you can cool off in the outdoor shower, which offers additional comfort.

Relax on the terrace and enjoy a barbecue with your companions. The house is located on an elevated level on the first floor, accessible only by stairs.

Inside, you will find an air-conditioned living room with a Smart TV, providing a comfortable space to relax and entertain.

Two guests can rest on the double sofa bed in the living room.

The dining area is open to the living room, and the induction hob is fully equipped.

There is also a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

Additionally, there are three bedrooms: the master bedroom with a double bed, the second bedroom with two single beds, and the third bedroom, also with a double bed.

All are equipped with a fan for the hottest nights.

There is also a full bathroom with a shower and toilet.

If you are traveling with your baby, we can provide a crib and a high chair. Barx is a picturesque village in the La Safor region of Valencia, just 13 km from the famous Gandía beach.

Surrounded by the beautiful mountain landscape of the Sierra de Corbera, it is the ideal destination for those seeking tranquility, nature, and an authentic atmosphere.

The village is situated at an altitude of 373m and offers spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding area.

Another attraction of the region is its gastronomy, offering typical Valencian dishes such as paella, baked rice, and fideuà made with fresh, local ingredients.
