Description of the accommodation

From the accommodation you have a wonderful view of the city and the mountains behind it. Perfect for discussing the day's plans over a quick coffee. You are spoilt for choice: do you opt for a day at the beach or a dip in the heated indoor pool? The swimming pool measures 10 x 5 metres and is between 1 and 1.7 metres deep. The water is kept clean with chlorine. The jacuzzi can be heated up to 30º degrees.

The flat is located on the 3rd floor with lift and is stylishly furnished. The spacious living-dining area is perfect for dining together in the evening. The luxurious kitchen with dark furniture is very well equipped and offers, among other things, an induction hob, high-quality household appliances, cooking utensils and plenty of worktop space. There is also a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the ground floor there is a shower room and two bedrooms (one with two single beds and the other with a bunk bed). On the first floor are the other three bedrooms, all of which have a double bed and wardrobe. All three also have access to a terrace. One of the bedrooms has a private bathroom with a bathtub. There is also another bathroom with a shower on the 1st floor. A cot and high chair set can be provided for a baby. The house is perfect both in summer and winter as there is centralised air conditioning and central heating.

The property is located in Grao de Gandia, close to the harbour. Thanks to the mild climate, you can take long walks along the harbour promenade or go jogging on the 3 km long beach all year round. Nearby you will find cafés, restaurants, ice cream parlours and shops selling fresh fish. Those who like to be on the beach can spread out their towel directly on the fine sand. Please note: We cannot accept guests under the age of 30 unless they are staying as a family. We require a copy of the identity cards of all fellow travellers in order to accept the booking. Any additional charges must be requested from the provider. Please note that the keys to access the accommodation are located in a letterbox at a nearby petrol station. You will receive the coordinates of the petrol station and details of the letterbox three days before your arrival. Pets are not allowed. Parties or similar events are not permitted.
