The origins of this beautiful villa, known as "Can Sans," date back to the 16th century. With recent renovations (the latest in 2022), the villa maintains its historical charm while offering all modern comforts. Located in the historic center of the village, in the area where fishermen and winemakers once lived, this house even served as the Costa Rican Embassy during the Spanish Civil War when Caldetas was declared a conflict-free zone.

Villa Can Boada nous avons eu un très bon séjour. La plage est a 5/8 minutes à pieds. Trés belles plages.La Villa est agréable, modernisée et avec un grand charme.La Village de Caldes d'Estre est trés sympa.Nous recommandons Villa Can Bodas.Bon service et bon entretien de la villa.

Enjoyed our lovely vacation in a really great refurbished/renovated and decorated house. Very quiet, but central, close/walking distance to the beach. Fully equipped, we did not miss anything, spacious rooms, pool nice to get a quick refreshment. Hosts easy and always reachable. We would come back and can highly recommend the wonderful house.
