As you enter the estate, you'll be greeted by an enchanting inner courtyard, shaded by century-old lime trees, inviting you to relax and soak in the atmosphere. Upon entering, the main house reveals its spacious and beautifully appointed interiors, having been meticulously restored to preserve original features.
The open-plan kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with a breakfast bar, a dining table, and all the modern appliances you could need.
The living room features a fireplace area, two large sofas, and a sound system, perfect for relaxing evenings. The main house offers five bedrooms, each designed for comfort and style.
Four of these are spacious doubles with en-suite bathrooms: three with king-size beds and one with a queen-size bed. The fifth bedroom features a fold-down double bed, ideal for additional guests. A short stroll from the main house, the annex provides additional accommodation with two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with two single beds.
The annex also boasts its own open-plan kitchen, a spacious living room with a fireplace, and a dining area. The property spans over 1.7 hectares, featuring private parking, a tennis court, a sauna, 10 adult bicycles (for adults only), and access to an orchard provided with fig, pear, and plum trees. Domaine des Tours is situated close to salt marshes and meadows, with no immediate neighbors and the port of Loix just 300 meters away.
There is a very convenient cycle path located directly in front of the house.
