Sea views and a terrace make Bonne Terrasse 1 an inviting base for a seaside break. The 70 m² ground-floor apartment accommodates up to 4 guests. Terrace furniture and 2 deck chairs are ready for time outdoors, and both the living room and bedroom open onto the terrace.
The bedroom has a French bed and a bathroom with a bath, bidet and toilet. The living room has a TV and a double sofa bed measuring 140 × 190 cm. There is also a shower room with a toilet. Prepare meals on the 4-ring hob or in the oven and gather around the kitchen’s dining table; a dishwasher takes care of the washing-up.
The shared outdoor pool is open from the beginning of June to mid-September. A restaurant is approximately 80 m away, a beach 900 m away and a supermarket 1.8 km away, all measured in a straight line.
This is a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed. Free private parking is provided in space number 17. Check-in is from 16:00 to 18:00, and check-out is by 10:00.

Die Wohnung hat eine schöne Lage, man ist direkt am Strand und in toller Umgebung, fußläufig zur "Pampelonne"
Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und Küche sind gut.
Das 2. Schlaf-Zimmer ist allerdings nur kleinen Kindern zuzumuten; es ist winzig und ohne Fenster, zudem läuft im angrenzenden Wirtschaftsraum ein gut hörbares Aggregat (Lüftung).

Die Lage ist absolut top! Die Wohnung an sich hat ihren Charme, aber leider wird sie einfach nur runtergewirtschaftet.
Von der Ausstattung ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Matratzen sind durchgelegen, man sinkt regelrecht in die Kuhle (war nicht so der erholsame Schlaf) und das Mobiliar ist nicht...

La location ne manque de rien juste ne pas prévoir de travailler de la bas car aucun réseau internet ;)
