At Villa Rosa Martinsicuro, in a very quiet environment and in the countryside, rent beautiful apartment with balcony overlooking the sea. The property is situated on the top floor (third) of a complex with lift, with private parking below the dwelling, in square only accessible to authorized via electric barrier. It has a living area with a fully equipped masonry kitchen, espresso machine and induction cooker. The living room leads to the romantic double bedroom, with sliding table for breakfast / lunch / dinner and a flat screen 29 '', and a relaxation room with comfortable sofa bed with SmartTV Led 32 ''. Complete the apartment a bathroom with large shower and functional.
Very bright (east) exposure, as well as having the heat in insulated wooden roof has all the amenities needed for an unforgettable stay in relaxing: air conditioning, WIFI-internet connection fast, washer and LED lighting.
The complex is located only 100 meters from the sandy beach, both public and private (with several chalets) and only 200 meters from the center where there are numerous restaurants (local cuisine, fish, Chinese and take-away) and pizzerias, bars and pastry shops, supermarkets, bicycle rental (also electric) and risho, playground, as well as a pharmacy open every day even in the evening. In addition, the waterfront offers a new bike path that connects the two coasts tourist Villarosa Martinsicuro and Alba Adriatica, a 10-minute bike ride (a short drive). We would also like the chance to visit the historic town of Ascoli Piceno (25 minutes drive), its quaint villages and the Palm Beach of San Benedetto del Tronto.

We hebben een leuk verblijf gehad , het appartement is een mooie aanrader . Alles netjes toen we aankwamen . Er lag zelfs lekkere drank in de Frigo . Airco, wifi perfect aanwezig .
We zijn allen zeer tevreden !

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Und gut Ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Zentrale Lage zum Strand, freie Strände sind leider etwas weiter weg. Kurze Wege ins Zentrum von Villa Rosa und auch nach Alba Adriatica. Wir waren mit Hund unterwegs, da können wir den Hundestrand in in Martinsicuro empfehlen. Gerne wieder,
