Description of the accommodation

Outside the flat you will find a refreshing chlorine pool of 7mx5m and has a depth of 0.90 to 2 metres. There is also a pool for the little ones of 3mx5m. There is a lawn area where you can sunbathe or cool off in the outdoor shower. Please note that privacy is only partial.

At the entrance of the flat you will find a terrace with two tables and chairs where you can eat with your companions while enjoying the tranquillity of the area. Inside the flat there is a simple and cosy style. The air-conditioned living-dining room with TV is open to the gas kitchen, which is equipped with all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms in the flat: the first with two single beds and wardrobe, the second with a double bed and direct access to a small terrace furnished with a table and four chairs. The last bedroom has a single bed and a wardrobe. A bathroom with shower completes your stay. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.

Sant Joan d'Alacant is characterised by its perfect combination of Mediterranean charm and modernity. The historic centre of the town offers cobbled streets, charming squares and typical Mediterranean architecture. Foodies must try the traditional dishes such as paella and fresh seafood. And for sports and nature enthusiasts, the Serra Grossa, a nearby mountain, offers hiking trails with breathtaking panoramic views of the region.

The swimming pool is open from 10 am to 3 pm and from 5 pm to 10 pm. Any additional costs must be requested from the provider. Pets are not allowed. Parties or similar events are not permitted. Please note that the opening and closing times of the communal pool are subject to the respective house rules and may vary depending on the season without prior notice. You will receive up-to-date information on arrival.
