Description of the accommodation

The flat is located in a beautiful residential complex with lovely communal gardens and a communal pool (fresh water; it is kept clean with chlorine). The pool measures 25 x 10 metres, has a depth of 0.9 to 1.20 metres and has a 0.50 metre deep area where the youngest members of the family can cool off. In addition to the pool, there is nothing better than relaxing in the communal hot tub (cold water only). The flat has a large, furnished, private terrace at your disposal. Make yourself comfortable on the outdoor sofas and read a book or chat with friends and family over an aperitif before firing up the barbecue and serving a delicious dinner on the terrace.

The cosy flat has all the amenities to make your holiday perfect. For example, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning and the rooms are bright and functionally furnished in warm colours. Make yourself comfortable on the sofa in the living/dining room and watch a programme on the Smart TV. The kitchen is separated from the living room by a counter, is equipped with a ceramic hob and has all the necessary utensils. From here you can access a private patio where you can enjoy a coffee in peace. There are 2 bedrooms in total, the first with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub; the other bedroom has two single beds. Another bathroom with shower completes this flat. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. And if you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair on request.

The shallow water is ideal for swimming and exploring the underwater world with a mask and snorkel. Cala Antena also offers the opportunity to experience the delicious local gastronomy. Mallorcan specialities are served in the chiringuitos on the beach, ranging from fresh fish to traditional tapas. Visitors can enjoy the sea breeze while savouring the panoramic views to the full.

The swimming pool is open from 9.00 am to 10.00 pm, all year round. Any additional costs must be requested from the provider. Pets up to 15.00 kg are welcome. Parties or similar events are not permitted. There is outdoor parking for 1 car. Please note that the opening and closing times of the communal pool are subject to the respective house rules and may vary depending on the season without prior notice.
