Description of the accommodation

The spacious outdoor area is perfect for sunbathing on the sun loungers, preparing a delicious barbecue or enjoying an aperitif on the large veranda before taking a stroll in this exclusive area of Mallorca.

The house has two floors. The completely renovated ground floor offers a living room with TV and air conditioning; the kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher; and two bedrooms with double bed and air conditioning, one of them with en-suite bathroom with shower. There is another bathroom with a bathtub on this floor. The lower level of the house is a cosy, independent flat in traditional style, consisting of a comfortable kitchen with dining and living area with TV and ceramic hob; a double bedroom with air conditioning; and a bathroom with shower. In addition, the house is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. And we can offer you a cot and high chair if you are travelling with your baby.

Portals Nous is a quiet residential area characterised by its proximity to one of the most exclusive ports on the island, which gives it a cosmopolitan and luxurious atmosphere. In the neighbourhood you will find all the necessary services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. The nearest beach is Caleta de Portals Nous and the beach of Portals Nous is also not far from the house. If you like to play golf, the nearest golf course is Son Muntaner, which is only 10.6 km away.

The fireplace is decorative. Any additional costs must be requested from the provider. Pets are not allowed. Parties or similar events are not permitted. There is outdoor parking for 2 cars. There is parking for 1 car in the garage.
