Montolieu, Village du Livre et des Arts, is home to around fifteen bookshops, artists' workshops, craftspeople, the Musée des Arts et Métiers du Livre, the Cérès Franco Collection, 6 restaurants and a host of shops and services. A number of hiking trails will enable you to discover the natural beauty of the Cabardès. Let yourself be guided and come and visit the Chapelle St-Roch de Montolieu, the Abbaye de Villelongue, the Moulin à Papier de Brousses, the Capitelles d'Aragon or the Cathar castles of Lastours.
The estate comprises a house and 2 adjoining gîtes with independent access, allowing families or friends to enjoy their privacy. On the ground floor, the Séquoia house comprises an entrance hall, a separate WC, a fitted kitchen (2 fridge-freezers and a separate freezer) with a utility room, a living room with a dining area and a relaxation area, the corridor leads to a sitting room with sofa and TV, a shower room with shower and WC, a bedroom with a 160cm bed and access to the terrace with 2 barbecues. Upstairs, a bathroom with shower, bath and WC, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a 180cm bed and the other with 2 beds, one 160cm and one 140cm.
The Tilleul gîte has a living room with fully-equipped fitted kitchen, dining area and relaxing lounge with sofa, air-conditioned bedroom with 1 180cm bed and 1 90cm bed, separate bathroom with shower, bath and WC.
The Cèdre gîte has a living room with a fully-equipped fitted kitchen, a dining and relaxation area with sofa, a mezzanine lounge with armchairs, an air-conditioned bedroom with a 160cm bed and bathroom with walk-in shower, bath and WC.
An independent bedroom, Chèvrefeuille, located between the gîtes (a 140cm bed and separate shower room).

Séjour très agréables pour des retrouvailles familiales. Beaucoup d'espace dans la maison et le jardin et piscine très appréciée. La maison est agréablement aménagée. Le village de Montolieu est sympathique. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et accueillants.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Le village est très vivant. La propriété est très bien aménagé et il y a suffisamment de place pour que chacun ait son indépendance ou au contraire, de se retrouver sur la terrasse. Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute. Nous les remercions pour les petites attentions. Nous recommandons cet endroit.
