The property adjoins a large protected natural area, ideal for mountain biking and hiking.
Nearby attractions include the City of Carcassonne, the Canal du Midi, the caves of the Black Mountain, abbeys (Caunes Minervois, Lagrasse), etc...
Public transport is available nearby in the neighborhood. The single-story, air-conditioned gîte includes a living room with a lounge area (armchairs and TV), a fully equipped kitchen.
The living room opens onto the terrace with garden furniture.
There is one bedroom with a 140 cm bed (no extra bedding available) and a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. Private and secure parking is available within the property.
Baby equipment is available upon request.

End-of-stay cleaning is included.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli pour le couple de propriétaires.La location est à l'arrière de leur maison, avec une entrée indépendante dans un quartier calme avec vue sur la montagne. L'appartement est très bien entretenu et très joli.Voiture obligatoire pour se déplacer aux alentours!

Séjour reposant et agréable dans un cadre de verdure magnifique. Le gîte bien que petit est confortable ,très bien équipé. Quant à l'accueil des propriétaireschaleureux et sympathique il est tout à fait à la hauteur du reste.La région est pleine de réserves!
