Lézignan's central location between Carcassonne and Narbonne, the Minervois and the Corbières, means you can visit much of the department in less than 40 minutes: the medieval town of Carcassonne, Narbonne and its historic centre, the beaches of the Aude coast, the Port d'Homps on the Canal du Midi, the town of Minerve, the Cathar castle of Villerouge-Termenès and Lagrasse, listed as one of the most beautiful villages in France: everything you need to make the most of your holiday. On site, the gîte has a large outdoor area with a terrace and garden furniture, where you can relax and enjoy meals outside, and a garage where you can park your car.

Gîte comprising a living room with a sitting area (TV and sofa), a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Shower room with walk-in shower and washbasin, separate WC. One bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a second bedroom with two single beds (90cm) and a third bedroom with a single bed, ideal for a child or teenager. Private terrace and garage. Possibility of parking a 2nd car inside the gîte or in front. Baby equipment. Towels are not provided. Housework optional at 50€. Electricity extra. Pets are accepted, but only small ones, otherwise please contact the owner directly.

Located in a quiet suburban area of Lézignan, you will appreciate the peaceful surroundings for a pleasant and relaxing stay! The gîte's location also means that many amenities are just a few minutes away (shops and swimming pool less than 500m away, train station and hiking trails 5 minutes away)

Electricity consumption: a flat rate of 2 kWh/day/person is included in the price. Beyond this amount, consumption must be paid to the owner at the end of the stay (according to a meter reading on arrival and departure).
