Ideally located, the cottage is situated in a quiet neighborhood while being close to all shops and amenities: supermarket, grocery store, restaurant, bakery, pharmacy, newsagent, train station, banks of the Aude river, and entertainment. On-site, the house opens onto a private, fenced garden with a terrace equipped with garden furniture and a plancha.
A wellness and sports area is also available with an outdoor gym with its equipment and a SPA, ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

Accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire - merci encore pour la blanquette !Emplacement calme et bien situé pour visiter le département. Très facile de se garer, le centre-ville est accessible à pied, les supermarchés sont à quelques minutes en voiture.Le jacuzzi rajoute un plus appréciable pour récupérer en fin de journée.À conseiller sans réserve.
