The cottage's ideal location offers the opportunity to visit several must-see sites, such as the Canal du Midi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the book village of Montolieu, or take the Capitelles d'Aragon trail. On site, you'll appreciate the peace and quiet of the surroundings. The cottage boasts a large, tree-lined outdoor space and also has a furnished area with garden furniture and a plancha grill. Cars can be parked inside in a private, secure space. The swimming pool is open from June to September.

The cottage comprises, on the ground floor, a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge with sofas, armchairs, and a TV, and a dining area. A separate toilet and a separate bathroom with a large shower. Two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed. Upstairs, on the mezzanine, is a bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together. Sheets and towels are included. A cleaning fee is an additional charge. Wi-Fi is available throughout the cottage.
