You'll be staying in an idyllic holiday setting, just 500m from the beautiful beaches of Leucate. This charming seaside resort will let you discover its assets (Mediterranean beaches, the Falaise de Leucate, the local produce with its oysters and wine). By bike or on foot, you can enjoy beautiful walks along the seafront and a sunrise or sunset on the Ponton de Leucate, which offers a lovely view of the sea and coastline.

During your stay, you can do everything on foot, with everything less than 10 minutes away: mini-markets, bakeries, restaurants, pizzerias, newsagents, ice-cream parlours, markets, etc. Its exceptional location will allow you to enjoy the farniente and the sun of the Midi.

In the region, let yourself be guided and discover numerous gems less than half an hour away by car: the Leucate cliffs, the La Palme salt marshes, the Narbonnaise Regional Nature Park with its magnificent and varied landscapes (ponds, garrigues), the Sigean African reserve, Narbonne and Perpignan or the Salses fortress.

Many events take place in Leucate every year (Mondial du vent, printemps du rugby, various evenings...).

On site, at the gîte you can enjoy a large 10m2 balcony with a panoramic view of the surrounding countryside, with garden furniture to make the most of every moment. Private parking is available in the residence. A bike room is also available.

The air-conditioned gîte is located on the 4th floor of the residence but includes a lift for added comfort. It opens onto a living room with a sitting area with sofa (convertible for 2 additional people 140x190, supplement of €10/day/person on request from the owner) and TV, a dining table and a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. One bedroom with a 150x190cm bed. A separate shower room with a large shower and WC.

Electricity consumption: a flat rate of 2 kWh/day/person is included in the price. Beyond that, consumption must be paid to the owner at the end of the stay (according to a meter reading on arrival and departure).
