You will stay in an idyllic holiday setting, just 500m from the beautiful beaches of Leucate.
This charming seaside resort will introduce you to its attractions (Mediterranean beaches, the Leucate Cliff, the local terroir with its oysters and wine).
By bike or on foot, you can enjoy beautiful walks along the sea and take advantage of a sunrise or sunset over the Leucate Pontoon, which offers a lovely viewpoint over the sea and the coastline.
During your stay, you can do everything on foot, everything is less than 10 minutes away: small supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, pizzerias, newsagents, ice cream parlors, market...
Its exceptional location will allow you to enjoy the idleness and the southern sun.
In the region, let yourself be guided and discover numerous gems within a half-hour drive: the Leucate Cliffs, the Salins de La Palme salt marshes, the Narbonnaise Regional Natural Park with its magnificent and varied landscapes (lagoons, scrubland), the Sigean African Reserve, Narbonne and Perpignan, or even the Salses Fortress.
Numerous events take place in the municipality of Leucate every year (Mondial du Vent, Rugby Spring Festival, various evening events...).
On-site, at the cottage, you can enjoy a large 10m² balcony with a panoramic view of the surrounding landscapes, with garden furniture to fully enjoy every moment.
Private parking is available in the residence.
A bicycle storage room is also at your disposal.
The air-conditioned cottage is located on the 4th floor of the residence, but it has an elevator for your comfort.
It opens onto the living room equipped with a lounge area with a sofa (convertible into a double bed for 2 additional people, 140x190cm, with a supplement of €10/day/person upon request from the owner) and TV, a dining table, and an open, fully equipped kitchen.

A separate shower room with a large shower and toilet.
