Accommodation Description
The outdoor areas of this magnificent property are designed to offer you the relaxation you deserve.
On the terrace, you will find a 5 x 3.5 m saltwater pool with a depth ranging from 0.7 m to 1.4 m, along with 6 sun loungers for relaxing while sunbathing.
The barbecue is ideal for enjoying an outdoor meal with your companions in the dining area, and an additional terrace on the first floor offers incredible views. The 140 m2 house is spread over two floors.
On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living-dining room with a fireplace and air conditioning, perfect for extending your evenings, as well as a bedroom, also with air conditioning and a double bed. The independent gas kitchen is ready for you to cook in full comfort.
Two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, are available on this floor.
Stairs lead to the upper floor, where there is another living room and two bedrooms with air conditioning.
One of them has a double bed and the other has two single beds.
There is a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board, and portable heaters.
If you are traveling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair. The authentic village of Caimari is located at the foothills of the Tramuntana mountain range and is a good starting point for hiking and cycling tours.
Furthermore, a visit to the Lluc monastery and the old Caimari oil mill, where high-quality olive oil is still pressed today, is worthwhile. Larger grocery shopping must be done in Sa Pobla or Inca.
The latter town is known for its leather goods production and its "cellers," quaint restaurants serving island cuisine.
A rental car is necessary, especially to reach the beautiful beaches of the north coast, such as Puerto de Alcúdia and Playa de Muro.

Alles war perfekt!
