Description of accommodation

You can start the day here with a good breakfast on the veranda. Afterwards, it's best to soak up the sun on one of the loungers and refresh yourself in the 8 x 4 metre pool. The depth varies between 1.1 m and 1.8 m and the water is purified with chlorine. A barbecue is also available.

The 90 m2 accommodation offers one living level. One of the three bedrooms has a double bed, while two have 2 single beds each. The double bedroom also has an en-suite shower room. A second bathroom with bathtub is available in the house. Look forward to long table conversations in the living-dining room with air conditioning, satellite TV and fireplace. The open kitchen with gas cooker offers all the necessary kitchen utensils and household appliances you need on holiday. Of course, a washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available.

The surrounding area is ideal for anyone looking for peace and relaxation in the midst of an idyllic landscape. At the same time, the coast and the sandy beach of Gandia are only 17 km away, which corresponds to a journey time of less than 30 minutes.

Barx is located in the middle of the Buixarro and Monduver mountain ranges, which makes the area ideal for hiking and cycling. A beautiful route takes you to the remains of an ancient cold store from the 17th century. In the past, snow was collected there in winter, compacted into ice and stored until the summer. The Parpallo and Malladetes caves are also interesting, where paintings and remains from the Palaeolithic, Neolithic and Bronze Age have been found. You can also visit the Casas de la Drova dwellings, which were built in the 18th century by monks for the labourers and draught animals that worked the church's land. They also include the so-called Basses de la Drova, which were used by the churchmen as water reservoirs to irrigate the fields. As you can see, Barx has an exciting history! Please note: We cannot accept guests under the age of 26 unless they are staying as a family. We require a copy of the identity cards of all fellow travellers in order to accept the booking. Any additional costs must be requested from the provider. Pets are not allowed. Parties or similar events are not permitted. There is parking for 1 car in the garage.
