Description of the accommodation

At premier étage se trouve une terrasse meublée avec un canapé et deux parasols pour prendre un bain de soleil avec vue sur les montagnes. Cette terrasse est l'endroit idéal pour profiter d'un dîner en plein air sous les étoiles.

This terrace has access to a large living room with a satellite TV. On the upper floor there is a guest toilet. On the first floor, accessed by a staircase, there is a bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and a living-dining room. The ground floor has a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, washing machine, iron and ironing board. We provide a baby cot and high chair for our younger guests. Two fans and two radiators complete the equipment.

The picturesque village of Fornalutx is romantically situated in the middle of the mountains, in the Tramuntana Mountains, which have been declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco. Many hiking trails and cycle routes start from here and lead through the mountains. The Tossals Verds hike is particularly beautiful and takes you along narrow paths through Mediterranean forests, past old buildings. Cúber is an artificial freshwater lake nestled against Puig Major, the highest mountain on the sunny island, and is also a popular excursion destination.

The coves of the Tramuntana are mostly rocky and surprise with fresh, crystal-clear water, ideal for diving. We recommend Cala Deià, Puerto de Valldemossa and Llucalcari, among others. If you prefer sand, you can spend a day on the sandy beach in the middle of the mountains in Puerto de Sóller or Cala Tuent. There are shops and restaurants in Sóller and Puerto de Sóller. There is a small grocery shop in the centre of Fornalutx. Close to Sóller is the Cueva de Muleta cave, where the oldest human remains in Mallorca were found.

The fireplace cannot be used. Any additional costs must be requested from the provider. Pets are not allowed. Parties or similar events are not permitted.

Tourist licence: ETV/9149On the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax called Ecotasa. This tax must be paid by the guest. The amount to be paid is between 0.55€ per night and guest in the low season and 2.2€ per night and guest in the high season. From the 9th day the tax is reduced by half.
