Description of the accommodation
This delightful 3-storey terraced house has 2 terraces, one at the front of the house and the other a little tucked away, both of which offer the space and ambience to enjoy breakfast, lunch, a good read or a delicious dinner in the evening. Due to the proximity of the beach, you should plan to spend a lot of time by the sea and sunbathe on the beach. After a dip in the sea, you can use the outdoor showers. The property is fenced.
Inside the house, a beautiful living and dining area with TV and air conditioning awaits you on the ground floor. Next to it is the kitchen, which is equipped with a gas hob, oven, microwave and a table with armchairs, in short everything you need in a kitchen. There is also a WC on this floor. On the first floor there is a bathroom with shower and three of the four bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and a double bed and two single beds respectively. The other bedroom also has two separate beds and a fan.
The top floor houses the fourth and final bedroom, which has a double bed, bathroom with bathtub en-suite, access to one of the terraces and a fan. All bedrooms offer enough space for a cot and a high chair. The laundry room is located in an extra room and is equipped with a washing machine, ironing board and iron.
In Colonia de Sant Jordi you will find all the services you need for a carefree holiday. Bars, restaurants, supermarkets and much more. From here you have the opportunity to experience a wide variety of sandy beaches in the immediate vicinity, such as the marvellous Marqués beach or the incomparable Es Trenc beach. You should also not miss out on a night-time visit to the harbour, where you can expect a dreamlike ambience for a stroll and dinner under the stars.
