Description of the accommodation

Take a break on the pool terrace, surrender to the tranquillity and enjoy the view of the surrounding landscape. The 7 x 4m freshwater pool has a water depth of 1.40 - 1.80m and is cleaned with chlorine. Sun loungers, various seating furniture, trees and shady vegetation are perfect for spending the whole day outdoors. For meals on the terrace, there is a glazed veranda that opens onto the terrace with large sliding doors. A mobile barbecue is available. The finca is fenced and there are some neighbours.

The house is single-storey, has 140m2 of living space and impresses with its rustic interior. From the veranda you enter the living - dining area with comfortable sofas, satellite TV, fireplace and dining area for 6 people. The separate kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, among other things, and has all the big and small helpers that make cooking a pleasure. In the laundry room you will find the washing machine, ironing board and iron.

After eventful days, a total of 3 bedrooms invite you to relax. 2 of the bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, 1 room has 2 single beds. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have a wardrobe and en suite bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have access from the veranda next to the swimming pool (only accessible from outside). A cot and high chair can be provided on request.

Andratx is a well-known town in the south-west of Mallorca. In the town there are the main services such as supermarket, bar, restaurant, etc. for an independent holiday. The sea is very close by and next to Puerto de Andratx there are the coves of Sant Elm, Camp de Mar and Cala Fonoll to discover. The location is ideal for a relaxing holiday. Excursions to "La Trapa" or a hiking tour from "Coma Calenta" to "Coma Freda" provide small adventures. Golfers can enjoy their favourite sport on the nearby golf course. Any additional costs must be requested from the provider. Pets are not allowed. Parties or similar events are not permitted. There is outdoor parking for 2 cars.

Tourist licence: ETV/3342On the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax called Ecotasa. This tax must be paid by the guest. The amount to be paid is between 0.55€ per night and guest in the low season and 2.2€ per night and guest in the high season. From the 9th day the tax is reduced by half. Persons under 16 years of age are exempt Air conditioning (October - December): 25 EUR/night (optional)
