Description of the accommodation

This charming village house is located in one of the most authentic places in Mallorca. Culture and Mallorcan roots are very much cultivated in Montuïri and you have the opportunity to get to know them. You can enjoy the warm climate on the furnished terrace with dining table, chairs and barbecue, ideal for a barbecue evening with friends and family or long, balmy summer nights. The house is located in the old town centre and you have direct neighbours.

The renovated house retains its original character, yet you won't miss anything and will immediately feel at home. From the terrace you enter the spacious living-dining area with cosy sofa, satellite TV, air conditioning and dining area for 6 people. The separate kitchen is located next to the dining area and is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, dining table for 4 people and all the important utensils. The fountain in the kitchen has been preserved for decorative reasons and is no longer in use. There is a laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron. A guest WC completes the ground floor. The original staircase leads you to the first floor where there are 2 of the 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, dressing room and air conditioning, the other with 2 single beds and 1 wardrobe. There is 1 shower room on this floor. A further staircase leads to the 2nd floor where the 3rd bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, fan and en-suite shower room is located. A roof terrace with views of es Pla de Mallorca completes the 2nd floor. A baby cot and high chair can be provided on request. In the basement of the house there is a playroom for the little ones.

Montuïri is an unspoilt village on a mountain surrounded by windmills and agriculture, the perfect example of traditional Mallorca with its customs and your perfect holiday destination if you want to get to know the country and its people. The village has all the essential services for an independent holiday and offers fresh fruit and vegetables from the region as well as local products such as wine, salt from the salt pans, olive oil, etc. The location of the village is ideal for excursions of all kinds, as from the centre of the island you can quickly and easily reach any other point on the island: the cosmopolitan city of Palma in the south, the nature of the Serra de Tramuntana in the west, the beautiful Calas de Mallorca in the east and the beautiful medieval towns of Pollença and Alcúdia in the north. Any additional costs must be requested from the provider. Pets are not allowed. Parties or similar events are not permitted. There is parking for 1 car in the garage.
