Located in Saint-Privat, on the foothills of the Larzac plateau, this rural gîte welcomes you to a peaceful setting in the heart of the Hérault countryside.

Just 200 meters from the village center, you'll enjoy an authentic atmosphere, with gîtes built from local sandstone and large shared outdoor spaces.

The Lodève and Larzac region offers a beautiful diversity of landscapes and activities: hiking on the Larzac plateau, swimming in Lake Salagou, exploring the Grandmont Priory, or strolling through the streets of Lodève and Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, a medieval town listed among the most beautiful villages in France. This single-story gîte, designed for two people, offers a traditional and welcoming ambiance.

The main room includes a sleeping area with a double bed (140x190 cm), a living area with a sofa and television, a dining area, and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, filter and pod coffee makers). The bathroom includes a shower, a sink with a mirror, a toilet, and a washing machine.

The accommodation is air-conditioned for your comfort in all seasons. Outside, you can enjoy a shaded terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining.

The large, wooded garden, shared with two other cottages, includes a swing and offers a lovely space to relax.

Parking is free and located within the property. This cottage is a true haven for couples or friends seeking tranquility, nature, and local discoveries.

Agréable logement dans un lieu calme et très joli,rien ne manque .Des propriétaires au TOP !Avons passé un super séjour à découvrir une belle région.Avons profité de balades en vélo sur des routes à proximité tranquilles.Recommandons cette location.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis dans ce charmant gite au coeur d un village tout aussi charmant ! Le gîte est très propre, avec un confort suffisant pour les vacances. La climatisation était bienvenue par ces fortes chaleurs. Ne pas hésiter si l on cherche un endroit calme. Merci à nos hôtes.
