This charming two-story cottage can accommodate up to 7 people. You can enjoy a large, shaded private garden for your meals or barbecues, as well as a private, secured swimming pool. This accommodation offers a comfortable space spread over two levels.

On the first level, the sleeping area benefits from independent access.

It includes three double bedrooms, each equipped with a 140x190 cm bed and practical storage.

On this same level, you will find a first bathroom and a separate toilet. The second level is dedicated to living areas.

You will discover a pleasant living room with a television at your disposal, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with numerous cupboards, a refrigerator with freezer, an oven, a microwave, and all the necessary cooking equipment.

This level also has a shower room with a toilet.

To complete this floor, a converted attic bedroom is available, equipped with a 120x190 cm bed. You can also enjoy the summer kitchen with a microwave and refrigerator. To offer you more comfort, the cottage is equipped with Wi-Fi connection. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental price.

Bed linen is optional at €10 per bed; towels are not provided. Possibility to add 1 extra bed upon request (Size: 90x190). Parking is private within the enclosed grounds. Thanks to its privileged location, in the heart of numerous hiking trails, the accommodation is the ideal starting point for your walks.

The owner can guide you. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: The thermal spa town of Balaruc-les-bains is only 5 km away.

You can very easily access the Mediterranean beaches in a few minutes and thus discover the towns of Sète or Frontignan, or the entire Thau lagoon. The city of Montpellier is also accessible, as are the treasures of the Hérault heritage (Valmagne Abbey very close) and the hinterland. Located in the commune of Poussan, on the Thau lagoon, a few kilometers from the beaches, "le gîte de la Jasse" welcomes you from February to November.
