Located in the southern part of Prades, with easy access to the town center, yet in a quiet setting, you'll enjoy the historical heritage, the local market and festivals, and visits to medieval villages like Villefranche-de-Conflent. Close to the spa resorts of Vernet-les-Bains and Molitg-les-Bains, you'll explore this part of the department and enjoy the marked hiking trails. If you wish, you can also visit Saint-Martin-du-Canigou, an ideal spot for a peaceful and cultural excursion, offering both historical treasures and exceptional natural beauty.
With a separate entrance, this lodge is located on the enclosed grounds of the discreet owners' house, who reside on-site. A second gîte for two people is also available on the property. GITE:
The ground floor apartment with a separate entrance comprises:
- a large living room with TV, dining area, and kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, and freezer, opening onto a private enclosed terrace
- a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 180 cm) and a large wardrobe
- a bathroom with a walk-in shower
- a toilet

On the terrace shared by both gîtes, you'll find a small barbecue, a plancha grill, and a bread oven. A shared above-ground swimming pool (4.50 m in diameter and 85 cm deep) will allow you to cool off on hot days or after a walk.
You can park your car in front of the gîte, under the bedroom or kitchen windows. A communal parking lot is located nearby.
