You will be 15 minutes from Lac des Escoumes, where swimming is supervised, and 1 hour from the department's major beaches. You are at the foot of the Catalan Pyrenees Natural Park.
This detached, ground-floor house with private parking and an unfenced garden includes: a fully equipped kitchen, a large living and dining room, one bedroom (one double bed (140 cm), one bedroom (two single beds (90 cm), a shower room, and a separate toilet).
Private parking in front of the house. Unfenced garden. All charges are included (heating and electricity). Sheets and towels are not provided. A cleaning fee is optional.

Gite spacieux et agréable sur les hauteurs de prades (à 1.5km du centre ville). Propreté impeccable et tout équipé. Nous avons aimé les jeux et le hamac à disposition. Malgré la semaine de canicule, nous avons pu bénéficier de plusieurs ventilateurs. Grand jardin et tranquillité car pas de voisin à proximité. Randonnées possibles au départ de prades et des villages voisins.

Le calme de ce gîte est très appréciable, pas de voisins. L'équipement général est correct. Cependant, alors que le département est réputé très chaud, nous n'avons pas trouvé de parasol et le mobilier de jardin était sale. Nous n'avons pas pu dormir dans la chambre parentale car il y avait une forte odeur de tabac froid!
