This isolated former farmhouse is located on a 100-hectare property.
You will live in a green setting overlooking the valley in a mid-mountain region with a Mediterranean climate.
A change of scenery and tranquility are guaranteed; you will be able to disconnect from everyday life.
Our farmhouse will also delight lovers of peace and quiet, as you can set off on three different walks right from your front door.
You will be 2 kilometers from the Spanish border, 43 km from Figueres, 35 km from Céret, 30 minutes from Prats de Mollo, and close to the Canigou massif. (The sea and its fine sandy beach are 60 km away).
The Sainte-Marie church, in the small village of Coustouges (800 m), is a gem of Romanesque art that is a must-see.

The large living room has been designed to highlight the character of the building, with generous volumes and a fireplace. 2 bedrooms: master bedroom (1 queen-size bed), children's bedroom: 2 single beds (can be pushed together for a couple). Bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs, open mezzanine with an extra bed, which could potentially be used as a third bedroom. Enclosed, sunny terrace opposite the gîte entrance. Private parking on the property. Playground available for children, and boules for older children. Dog guidelines: Dogs are welcome, however, they must be kept on a leash throughout the property; no exceptions will be made. ( We have cattle, and the property is also a hunting reserve.) Two other cottages are available nearby, ideal for organizing family gatherings: Ref: 66G117917 (La Paillère) and 66G117932. Arrival conditions: For both cottages: Cal Cabre and La Paillère: Arrival from 4 p.m. (we will welcome you personally) Departure no later than 10 a.m.

Gite très joli , au milieu de la nature.Chouette dépaysement. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et pas du tout envahissant .La literie et le linge de maison sont top . L accès au gîte peut être juste un peu plus avec une voiture un peu basse ( piste de 800 m ) Merci beaucoup pour la prestation .

Un endroit superbe pour des gens qui aiment la tranquilité, faire des promenades en montagne ou avec +\_ 1hr de route aller sur la plage en espagne. Acceuil et logement superbe accompagné de 60 chievres ( qu on voit passer le soir ) Proficiat voor joke en guy, en de geitjes natuurlijk !

The landlord is very friendly and ready to receive.A beautiful, romantic environment. From the windows opens a fantastic Pyrenees green landscape panorama. The apartment is furnished in Mediterranean style, very spacious and clean. So I'm not a real comfort type, I was missing nothing. Many Thanks!I am happpy to recommend.
