Guests are informed that the property reserves the right to charge a security deposit at check-in, the flat is for the exclusive use of our guests and is not shared with anyone else. The flat is equipped with a set of towels (2 per person) as well as gel and shampoo.

Our flat complies with all the legal requirements demanded by the authorities. It has a secure tourist licence and a 24-hour contact telephone number for any kind of incident. You will be asked for personal information (name, passport and usual address) before your arrival in order to be accredited and prepare the relevant contracts.
