This elegant villa enjoys an ideal location near Palma del Rio, a village perfectly situated between Seville and Cordoba, two of Andalusia's most attractive cities. The villa has a large swimming pool and a spacious garden with lush lawns. The two living rooms and spacious bedrooms will make you enjoy a comfortable stay.









Situation and exterior




The town of Palma del Rio (5 km) is locally known for its numerous orange groves and excellent fruit. Rich sediments from the Guadalquivir river provide the fertile soil necessary for the citrus trees to produce delicious fruit. You will find many of these local products in the village market. Garlic, onions, potatoes and melons are also produced in abundance. The village is situated between the historic cities of Seville (79 km) and Cordoba (55 km), but please don't miss the nearby towns of Ecija and Carmona. Outside, the villa offers a large lawn area with sun loungers and a large private swimming pool (12m x 6m; 0,90m - 2,40m deep). At the edge of the pool, you can enjoy wonderful alfresco dining with built-in barbecue and garden furniture.










Interior and layout



With a total of 240 m2, this spacious villa offers plenty of space for children's games. The entrance hall leads to a large elegant living room with several comfortable sofas, fireplace, satellite TV, stereo and a DVD player. The living room is connected to the dining room, which has large windows overlooking the garden and pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and a breakfast table. There are 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms. One of the master bedrooms has an en-suite shower room with washbasin, WC and bidet, while the other bedrooms share a bathroom with washbasin, WC and bidet. Three bedrooms have ceiling fans and electric heaters.




The two double bedrooms and the living rooms have air conditioning.
