A very complete villa... with air conditioning and Jacuzzi!
With glorious views over the beautiful landscape and its surrounding hills, this is the perfect villa for enjoying the summer.
The interior has been stylishly furnished in a rustic ambiance, with a large, well-equipped kitchen and even a Jacuzzi in one of its bathrooms. Location and Exterior Superb high-quality and private villa, with a completely fenced garden and pool.
There is a lawn and terraces next to the 8.5 by 4-meter pool.
The pool has a separate section with a bubble bath.
The villa is well-located, near Nerja (2 km). There is a barbecue and the porch is very pleasant, with a dining table for 6 people.
There are 800 m of track leading to the house, of which only the last 100 m are unpaved. Interior and Layout With all rooms on one level, the house offers an interior with quality furnishings.
Comfortable living room with rustic-style decor, fireplace, dining table, 2 sofas, small table, and a large TV with satellite reception.
The kitchen is a chef's dream, with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and washing machine.
The bedrooms offer space for 6 people: the master bedroom has a double bed, and the other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds each.
There are 2 bathrooms equipped with a toilet, bathtub with shower, bidet, and sink.
One of the bathrooms has a Jacuzzi.
It has air conditioning/heating throughout the house, as well as a safe and free WiFi internet connection. Note: The pool is heated at no extra cost from September 15th to June 15th. In summer, heating the pool is not necessary, but it can be requested if desired for an additional charge of 150 euros per week.
The pool includes a round Jacuzzi with seating, as shown in the photos.
