Magic is the word...
If you are looking for a luxurious property with a touch of magic, that can sleep up to 19 adults and 5 children, then this hacienda might be a good choice.
The hacienda consists of 6 independent villas with a total of 10 bedrooms, surrounded by 18,000 m2 of gardens and nature.
It features 2 swimming pools and a sauna for 10 people. Location and Exterior This hacienda is a magnificent concept by a South African architect who fell in love with Andalusia and decided to develop the local architecture with all its finesse.
Four of the villas are located within the old hacienda, surrounding a round pool in the courtyard.
The fifth villa, with 1 bedroom, is located a bit further away and on a lower level.
Each villa has its own private patio or terrace for sunbathing.
The round pool (10m in diameter) is very suitable for families with children and has lush vegetation and shade around it.
The other pool is rectangular (11m x 4.5m, open all year round, optionally heated for an additional charge), located on a lower level, very sunny, with wide and beautiful views of the landscape.
The hacienda is located in a beautiful green valley, between Casares and the Mediterranean, 15 minutes away from each.
There are numerous leisure possibilities, such as horseback riding, sailing trips, or golf.
For excursions, you can explore the White Villages, Gibraltar, Ronda, or cross the Strait to visit Tangier. Interior and Layout It is not easy to describe the delightful feeling of spaciousness and natural light when you first see the villas in the Hacienda.
The architect has designed different levels within each villa and high beamed ceilings, creating space and a magical feel.
All villas have air conditioning, heating, and satellite TV, making them an excellent option for all seasons. VILLA 1 (SLEEPS 4): This villa is used as the main house, as both the kitchen and the living/dining room are enormous, providing ample space to accommodate all guests for group meals.
Any gourmet chef would be proud to cook here, with a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, and plenty of space to prepare a feast for everyone.
It features a bar area and is ideal for entertainment, a living/dining area, and stunning countryside views.
It opens onto a south-facing terrace under a vine-covered pergola, ideal for al fresco dining.
One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor and has an open fireplace in its natural stone wall, opening onto a balcony with a beautiful view of the valley.
An attractive staircase leads to the second bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, from which you can enjoy beautiful mountain views, with a bath, shower, and separate toilet and bidet. VILLA 2 (SLEEPS 2 ADULTS & 2 CHILDREN): This villa has three levels, a bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom on the upper floor, and the kitchen and living room on the middle level, which opens onto a terrace with access to a sunny garden terrace shaded by a 250-year-old cork tree.
Also on this lower level is the second bedroom with a double bed and an open dressing room and shower area.
An additional person can be accommodated in the dressing room where the sofa converts into a single bed.
The newly built kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher.
Its open-plan design combines with the living room to provide a very comfortable living space.
The open fireplace is ideal for enjoying on a cold winter night with perhaps a bottle of Rioja! VILLA 3 (SLEEPS 8 ADULTS): This villa accommodates 8 people and is ideal for a large family or a group of friends.
The architect and his wife lived in this villa while renovations were being carried out.
It is separate from the main building and is also split-level.
The entrance opens onto the intermediate level, which houses the living room and kitchen, with an external half-staircase leading to a vine-covered south-facing terrace and garden, overlooking the second swimming pool. On the ground floor are a double bedroom and a twin bedroom.
There is a full shared bathroom with a toilet, shower, and bathtub, as well as a separate second toilet. On the upper floor are 2 double bedrooms.
The master bedroom is a double and has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The other double bedroom shares a bathroom with the ground floor bedrooms. VILLA 4 (SLEEPS 2 ADULTS & 1 CHILD): Formerly the master suite of the property, this small villa is ideal for those seeking romance.
Connected to the main house by a covered porch, it is the only villa with a Jacuzzi and is literally a stone's throw from the pool.
The Casita has its own patio with a Moorish fountain that naturally cools the villa in summer (you can use the air conditioning if you prefer).
Wake up to views of the Sierra Bermeja from the double bed.
In addition to central heating, a cast-iron open fireplace adds to the ambiance. VILLA 5 (SLEEPS 2 ADULTS & 1 CHILD): Separate from the other villas, this small house was originally built to live in while the other villas were being constructed.
Perhaps less impressive in its architecture, this villa offers the most privacy of all the villas and is just a short walk across the lawn to one of the two swimming pools.
The vine-covered terrace is an ideal sun trap in winter and a shaded retreat from the summer heat.
The bedroom has two single beds with an en-suite shower room.
The living room has round wooden beamed ceilings and an open fireplace.
A panoramic window seat is a charming spot to view the Sierra Bermeja and can be converted into a large single bed. VILLA 6 (SLEEPS 2): Not really a villa but a separate bedroom located next to the sauna on the opposite side of the round pool.
It is equipped with 2 single beds, a large flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a sink, shower, and toilet. Notes - In order to promote responsible electricity consumption, it is not included in the price and must be paid for according to consumption upon departure.
The cost per kW is €0.40 (approximate cost is between €150 to €250 per week; the rental price has been proportionally reduced). - The rectangular pool is heated.
This is optional at a cost of €120 per week. - The outdoor Jacuzzi is optional at a cost of €100 per week. - Air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet access are included in the price. - The estate is rented exclusively to only one group at a time.
Therefore, each group will enjoy the absolute privacy of all grounds, gardens, pools, and parking.

Alles is perfect hier.

Pros: Brilliant for large families/friends with any ages of children. Beach only 5 minutes away. Train station only 250 metres away for day trips or getting to Malaga airport. Gilda (property manager) was outstanding with communications and any enquires we had. Will definitely be going again.

From start to finish our stay at the villa was incredible. The owners are fantastic and catered to all our needs. The villa is very well laid out and the grounds are extremely well kept. The views are breathtaking and all the guests felt immediately relaxed upon entering. The nearby village of Casares is stunning and a great walk (if you’re up for a hike!). We can’t wait to go back!
