If you are looking for a villa with a private pool in a green landscape, offering all kinds of amenities and a careful design, this will be your choice.
The villa has all the features for a relaxing holiday with great opportunities for hiking or discovering historic cities like Granada, Baeza, and Úbeda. **Location and Exterior** Charming villa located in a landscape of beautiful green mountains of the Sierras Subbéticas.
Once here, it's hard to believe that the capital of Jaén is only 15 kilometers away.
The house is situated in a unique environment of holm oaks and rockroses in the south of Jaén, surrounded by beautiful gardens and viewpoints offering magnificent views of the surroundings of the Sierra de la Pandera, the Río Frío, and the olive groves of the province of Jaén.
It is a paradise for hikers and for those who want to enjoy the oldest and most beautiful cities in Andalusia, such as Úbeda (80km), Baeza (68km), or Granada (116km).
Outside, we find a corner with garden furniture among the trees for al fresco dining – there is a barbecue.
The landscape views from the inviting pool are unbeatable and encourage relaxation with a good book on one of its sun loungers.
On a lower level, there is another completely independent villa with its own private pool that can be rented together with this one (see ref.
Villa Jaén 003).
Both houses are connected by an internal staircase that can be closed off from both sides.
This option is ideal for families who want to holiday together, preserving their own space and privacy.
Should both houses be rented separately, privacy is still guaranteed, as each has its own independent and fully fenced plot, and thanks to one being on a different ground level from the other, you will enjoy complete privacy anywhere in the house, garden, and pool.
Not far from the house, there is a restaurant-grill that can be reached on foot.

The semi-open kitchen is very well equipped, with a 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher.

We had a wonderful holiday and found the villa to be everything we wanted and more. It was spacious, clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and everything was in good working order. The pool and the garden were well maintained and spacious and the whole surroundings were very attractive....
