It takes a while to get there by car, but the journey is well worth it! Once here, the owner will explain how to reach Frigiliana in a 10-minute walk via a slightly adventurous country path.
The views and tranquility are exceptional, and the interior of the house combines comfortable furnishings with tasteful decor.
This is one of those places where you feel at home while being away from it. Location and Exterior This newly built villa is situated on a hill facing the white village of Frigiliana, surrounded by avocado trees, and enjoys a very quiet location.
The outdoor area, with a built-in barbecue and a good-sized pool (7m x 4m) with Roman steps, is on a higher level than the house, and there is plenty of space for sunbathing while enjoying the impressive views over the countryside and the village.
Sun loungers are provided for this area.
Next to the living room is another terrace for those seeking shade, equipped with everything needed for outdoor dining, and from which you also have views.
By car, the villa is accessed via a concrete path taken from the Frigiliana - Torrox road, with some steep sections.
Although there are not many bends, we recommend using a car with at least a 1400cc engine. Frigiliana (3.5 km) is approximately a 5-minute drive away; however, if you prefer to give your car a holiday, there is a slightly adventurous country path to the village which is only a 10-minute walk (good shoes are needed and it is recommended to do only during the day as it is not illuminated). The famous beach and town of Nerja are only 10 km away, about a 15-minute drive. Interior and Layout The living room / dining room / kitchen area is organized in an open-plan, comfortable, and cozy space, and enjoys views of Frigiliana, with two large windows providing access to a covered terrace.
The living room has a sofa for 4 people, a fireplace, a rocking chair, and is equipped with satellite TV and a music system.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, a 4-burner ceramic hob, a microwave, and a dishwasher.
The 3 double bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 2 with two single beds respectively) are decorated in a relaxing style with colorful bed linen and beautiful pictures.
There is a full bathroom with a bath-shower, sink, and toilet, and a shower room with a sink and toilet.

De villa is zeer goed onderhouden, super schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het tweepersoonsbed zakt wat door in het midden. Vanaf de villa een prachtig uitzicht op Frigiliana. De toegangsweg is spannend, maar goed te doen. Zeer vriendelijke contact persoon ter plaatse.

Fantastic villa, well kitted out with a nice view of frigliana. Very comfortable and exceedingly clean. Price seemed a little steep for September but weather was still fantastic. Ultimately weak pound and market rates probably more responsible for this than villa owner!
