This charming wooden house with its large, private garden is located in Sveti Rok, a small village just off A1 highway, in the beautiful region of Lika.
Your accommodation is an ideal holiday choice for nature lovers and those who seek a relaxed vacation with plenty of privacy. It also provides a great location as the Adriatic Sea is reachable in a short 30 minute drive, same as national park Paklenica, while the world famous national park Plitvice Lakes is reachable in less than an hour. Your 85m2 wooden cottage consists of two levels.
The ground floor offers a cozy living/dining area with fire place, open plan kitchen, a comfortable bedroom, a bathroom and a nice covered terrace well equipped with outdoor furniture.
The first floor is reachable through outdoor stairs and offers a large room with 5 single loft beds which all have a direct access to a lovely roofed terrace.
Your private garden includes a relax area with BBQ facilities as well as plenty of parking space. Sveti Rok is a village surrounded by unspoiled nature that has a variety of outdoor activities to offer.
Climbing on the top of hill Zir, fishing in the Sveti Rok lake, cycling trails, forests where herbs or mushrooms can be collected is all located in less than 5 km distance.
Lake Stikada, 20 km away from Sveti Rok is a home of the biggest perch in Croatia for sport fishing lovers and for hunters, there is also a private hunting zone 12 km away.
The Adriatic sea is located only 40 km from Sveti Rok and can easily be reached by car in less than half an hour.
National Park Paklenica, frequently visited by climbers and mountain sport lovers is also at the same distance. Ancient town of Zadar, situated on the Adriatic Sea is 65 km away.
