Villa El DescansoLocated in Monte Pego, near Denia (the capital of the Marina Alta region) on the Costa Blanca, the traditional "Villa El Descanso" offers you just that: peace and tranquillity away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.The villa with its 120m² and a large pool terrace with breathtaking views welcomes you and in the main house there are three bedrooms, two with double beds (1.60x2.00m) and two with single beds (0.80x2.00m), as well as two bathrooms (one of them en-suite with bathtub).

Two of the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, one of which also cools the living area, and there is a separate flat with its own shower room to offer your friends, children or other family members some privacy.

The studio, which is located below the pool, has another queen-size bed (1.60x2.00m) and also has its own bathroom with shower.The open-plan kitchen opens onto the dining area and the cosy living room, from which you can access the pool terrace.The pool invites you to swim or relax on the terrace.

Here you will also find the BBQ area for the perfect meal.enjoy a peaceful lifestyle whilst being close to the vibrant towns of Pego and Denia.

The rental price includes an electricity consumption of 20 kWh / day.

A deposit will be charged before arrival, which will be refunded within 14 days of departure, provided that no damage has occurred.A cleaning fee is charged, which is not included in the rental price.From 1 July to 31 August each year, arrival and departure can only take place on a Saturday.

We ask for your understanding that we can only accept bookings that are made at least 7 days before arrival and where the minimum age is over 26 years.
