Welcome to Levallois-Perret, in a bright and spacious apartment that's perfect for a stay with family, friends, or even a business trip. Located on the 2nd floor of a quiet building (please note: no elevator), this home offers the perfect balance of comfort, functionality, and a great location.


As you enter, you'll discover a warm and thoughtfully decorated living space, ideal for relaxing or sharing moments together. The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare meals with ease, and enjoy them in a welcoming dining area.


For sleeping arrangements, the apartment features three bedrooms
– A master bedroom with a double bed, perfect for couples

– A second bedroom with a bunk bed and sofa bed, ideal for children or extra guests

– A third, quiet and functional bedroom with a single bed


You’ll also find two bathrooms, both practical and recently updated — with a brand new boiler installed in February 2024, ensuring optimal comfort even for longer stays.


Throughout your stay, you'll have access to several amenities: Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, oven, and everything you need for a pleasant and hassle-free experience.

Bed linen and towels are provided and included in the cleaning fee.
