The property has a double bed and also a sofa bed which is coverts to a another double along with a dining table and new kitchen and bathroom.

The Neighborhood:
Being the largest seaside town on the Essex sunshine coast, Clacton-on-Sea has a vibrant mix of coast, country, and urban life. Clacton has so much to offer with everything you expect from a coastal town. With the Princes Theatre across the road, the beach, cafés, promenade, pier, and all amenities within walking distance.
There is some construction work to the outside of the building and in the foyer entrance,
Getting Around:
Sitting within an area surrounded by amenities, close to Clacton train station with a direct link to London Liverpool Street, walking distance to the high street and to the beachfront.
Britain's oldest town Colchester is just 28 minutes away by train or only 16 miles by car. With easy links by road, train, coach, ferry and plane and the centre of London only an hour and a half away.
Other Things to Note:
The host has a parking scheme called MI permit, it allows use to the stated parking locations on band A and B. You must send registration within 24 hours of booking check in time, it is the responsibility of the guest to provide the information within the agreed time to access the parking scheme.
Nearest to property is Carnavon Road 300m from the property.

As above and easy to access the high street and beach
I am rather fastidious with cleanliness and there could have been minor improvements, quite a lot of crisps? On the pull out bed which I then had to find and use the Hoover when making up the bed. Couldn’t find the duvet and then found it stuffed in the broom cupboard with no cover found.
