This street house, reminiscent of the legendary player of the Real Sociedad Luis Iruretagoiena "Kiriki", is located in the centre of the activity of Zarautz, between the town hall and the Plaza del Pilar, and the remodeled cinema Modelo and the kiosk square, where you can enjoy the atmosphere of pintxos, folklore and Basque traditions. An ideal place to immerse yourself in the lifestyle of Zarautz, and all in the vicinity of the largest beach in Gipuzkoa, where you can enjoy the sun or the pleasant walks of the seafront while having a good ice cream.
To all this must be added that the nearby railway station will take you with good frequency to San Sebastian, as well as bus services that operate with various lines to the nearby coastal villages, such as the Urola Valley, the replica of the Ekain caves, UNESCO World Heritage Site, along with the railway museum or the Sanctuary of Loyola. In fact, the house is in the historic district and you can't access it by car, but there are nearby parking lots with the OTA system and a pay-per-view parking lot.
Kiriki is a newly built house, as it is a remodeling of the original building, giving some charm to the façade. It's modern, minimalist and very white, which gives it clarity, and it has two bedrooms for three people on the first floor, with an elevator. One of them has a 1.50 m bridal bed and an outer window overlooking the street, and another has two 1.05 m single beds. One of these beds is folded into a closet; this bedroom also has an outside window, and has spacious wardrobes to store clothes. On the other hand, it has a living-room and a whole kitchen, with many exterior windows, through which a great deal of light penetrates. The kitchen has all sorts of new appliances, including dishwasher and laundry dryer and microwave, as well as a sofa with Smart TV to enjoy your favorite platform, if you have an account. To this must be added a whole bath with a shower almost on the floor.
It should be remembered that access to this housing will be digitized and that the keys will not be delivered by hand. For this reason, an open door app will be downloaded and a passenger registration will be requested before entry to activate the key, and an email will automatically be received to pay the required bail, which will then be returned in full at the end of the stay, if all is in order.

Für uns eine perfekte Unterkunft, im Zentrum der Altstadt in der Fußgängerzone. Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet, bietet alles, was man sich wünscht kann.Durch die Parkkarte für Anwohner lässt sich auch die Parksituation gut lösen.Wir haben die Nähe zum Strand, zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, zum lebendigen Alltagsleben sehr genießen können.
