With a private pool and garden, the villa has panoramic sea views and is an ideal destination for families or friends who want to relax in the sun.
The villa offers indoor/outdoor living, with 2 sets of French windows linking the open-plan living/dining room with the lovely, shaded veranda.
The veranda is furnished with a comfortable sofa, arm chairs, plus a dining table and chairs for meals al fresco.
Back inside, the living area has a stylish, contemporary corner sofa, a large flat-screen TV and a dining table and chairs.
The independent, modern kitchen is well equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a coffee machine.
A door leads from the kitchen to a shaded terrace where there is a small dining table for breakfast or snacks outdoors.
Downstairs there is a games room, with a table tennis table, TV and sofas, which makes the ideal den for younger guests.
For guests who need to stay in touch with work, there is a separate study with a lap-top-friendly workspace and sofa.
A staircase leads from the veranda down to the private, salt-water swimming pool.
The terrace around the pool includes sun loungers, where guests can relax after a refreshing swim.

There are many beautiful beaches nearby.
For younger guests, a day out at the Marineland aquarium (6 minutes) or Aquasplash water park (7 minutes) is always a hit.
