Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it comprises an attractive 23 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette and a bathroom (with shower). The apartment comprises - A 23 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area - A sleeping area with 1 double bed (140×190) - A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, microwave, hob... - Bathroom with shower and WC (shower gel and shampoo supplied) The apartment is ideally located in Benerville-sur-Mer, in very pleasant surroundings.
You can enjoy all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : Close to Deauville, Honfleur, Étretat, Cabourg, the D-Day landing beaches and Mont St Michel. Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park in the residence's private parking lot, secured by a digicode gate. For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: The nearest train station is Deauville-Trouville, about 10 minutes away by car. - Nearest airport: Deauville-Normandie airport, about 20 min by car. Logement bien situé près de deauville au calme et place de parking à l'intérieur de la résidence. Appartement nickel conforme au photo seul petit point négatif concernant les parties communes escaliers couloirs etc à l'intérieur du bâtiment très vieillot qui contraste avec le superbe studio bien aménagé et très propre je recommande.

Appartement agréablement décoré et bien équipé, belle vue. L'arrivée autonome est clairement expliquée. Le séjour a donc été très réussi.
