It's a new flat in a small aparthotel in the centre of Funchal, ideal for two people.

The aparthotel has 12 flats on 4 floors and a shared 116 m2 roof terrace with panoramic views of the city of Funchal, which has sun loungers and an outdoor dining table for 6 people. There is also a shared self-service laundry room that can be used by guests. The building is accessed by lift and staircase.

The flat is on the 2nd floor and has an area of 45 m2. It has a queen-size bed (1.6x2.0 m), a living area with a sofa and a small dining table, a kitchen and a private bathroom.

The flat is equipped with air conditioning, fridge, ceramic hob, oven/microwave and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (1 Gbps), TV with international channels, among other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxing stay.


LOCATION

The flat is in a quiet street near the city centre, 300 m from the Town Hall and 750 m from the Farmers' Market. The Old Town, Funchal Marina and the seafront are less than 15 minutes away on foot.

Nearby there are cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, grocery shops, wine cellars, shops, museums, pharmacies and clinics.

The BSE15 aparthotel has paid parking spaces in a car park 150 m away (a 3-minute walk), upon reservation and payment in advance. There are two more public car parks 130 metres from the building. Free parking is possible during evenings and weekends in nearby streets.

The Aerobus stop is 850 m away. There are bus stops 140 m away and by car there is easy access to Funchal's main roads and the motorway to discover the island.


PLEASE NOTE

The shared self-service laundry requires coins for the washing machine and dryer.

Due to the island's climate, insects may occur unexpectedly. To avoid attracting insects, it is important to clean up leftover food and keep food well packaged.

People who are sensitive to mosquito bites are advised to use insect repellent when travelling around the island.

There are security cameras in the common areas of the building outside the flat.


CONDITIONS

1. Parties and behaviour that disturbs the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10pm and 8am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.

2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, the time of arrival and the means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.

3. Self-check-in with flexible arrival times is available via a key safe whose code is created and sent on the day of arrival. For in-person check-in, an appointment is required and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be booked according to our availability.

4. Guests may be asked to present identification upon arrival and to provide missing identification data to fulfil legal requirements.

5. Guests must inform us of any allergies, conditions or special needs before or immediately after booking in order to verify compliance and appropriate measures can be taken.
