The villa is located in Cervione, in Castagniccia, a region between the sea and the mountains that has remained unspoilt and family-friendly.

100 metres from the villa is the Prunete beach, whose dunes are classified Natura 2000. This long sandy beach stretches for several kilometres along the eastern coast as far as the Canniccia marsh to the south.

This sandy beach benefits from the shade of large trees which are very pleasant in summer.

Many activities are available in the immediate vicinity: port of Taverna 2km from the villa with boat hire, jet ski, sailing boat, diving...

LA VILLA

The villa was designed by an architect in 2024.

Able to accommodate 8 people, it has a surface area of 200m2 on 2 levels, with independent access.
